Term Dates
At Crossgates Primary School, we encourage families to plan ahead so that children can attend school consistently. Attendance is important for learning, routines, and building confidence with classmates. Please check the school term dates below and aim to schedule appointments and trips outside of term time wherever possible.
To support pupils’ education, we ask families to avoid holidays during the school term. Taking time away during the term can affect progress and may lead to missed key lessons and activities. If you need to request leave during term time, please speak to Miss Duke via the school office as early as possible to discuss the options and any relevant procedures.
Please note that the school day starts at 8.45am when all children come into school. Children are expected to be in class promptly and ready to learn by 8.55am. The school day finishes at 3.15pm.
