Reading Buddies

Pairing up older readers with younger pupils or siblings as reading buddies can have a lasting impact on the confidence and literacy levels of both readers. Especially struggling and reluctant readers.

Visit from Sean Perkins - Author

Each month we receive dazzle pack books for each Key Stage for all the children to read. The children are extremely excited to open them and find out what books have arrived.

In addition to our curriculum in KS1 we also adapt the Ruth Miskin Literacy scheme.
